"needs to be a speed run" looks at video length lmao classic

just commenting at the 11:40 mark where you wanted to keep Demeter trinket for completing the quest, The trinket only guarantees 1 boon from that god once a run.
The logic goes like

Do you pick a boon from that god with this trinket on
Yes: Do nothing
no: the next gold room would be guaranteed a boon from that god

This also means that in a scenario where you always have 2 choices and never pick the god whose trinket you equip, all gold rooms would have that god as an option
You've sortof misunderstood the boons list. When you have a boon selected in the list, its requirements are shown to on the right. So the boon you need for Poseidon doesn't work for any call, but only for Poseidon's. Same with the cast upgrade from Aphrodite and Demeter, those upgrades you need for the fated list from them only apply to their own cast.

The "fastest" way to collect boons is to use the alternative(green) fated authority and the altenative Olympian Favor.
The alternate fated authority nearly doubles your success rate because it guarantees 2 rolls on that god. The normal reroll can randomly give you 1/7 to 1/11possibilities while rerolling inside the same god with the alternative has a more limited selection of about 1/6 to get what you want.
The alternate Olympain favour effectively rerolls 20% of blue rooms into Gold rooms and can take over the function of the Normal Fated Authority for free.
Fun fact: even if you've already activated an infernal trove, you can just leave whenever you want.

In the codex when you look up the boons, the ones on the right page "Offering Requirement" is what you need to be offered the boon when the god gives you a choice. So Poisedon's call is a requirement to the boon you're missing.
Thankfully if you use the alternate Reroll you have 2 chances of getting offered that boon

Losing death defiances is forcing Mr Streamer to actually play well. The Hades fight went a lot better than the shield run from yesterday.
The pool of purging is really helpful to get rid of weak boons. If you purged zues' attack boon you'll have a higher chance of finding a replacement than if you had kept that attack boon.
Nemesis is my favourite general-use aspect I think. Means peppering in the special into combos actually has a neat purpose, instead of just being me spamming buttons in a panic XD

If you're ever thinking "Long Game" for Hades, even if you dont record it. Megara, Sysiphis, Thanatos, Dusa and Skelly all have a second present to give you when you max them out.
In regards to the cosmetics, theres a small sidequest to renovating the lounge that hinges on buying rugs, this is for something much later in the game though. Theres another sidequest regarding the Lyre in Zag's room which you need to buy and then learn to play over the course of many runs. Also very late game. But they give you things via the fates.
