What is the benefit of alternating between split jerk and strict press? To my uneducated eyes anyway the split jerk looks like a move to get under a weight that you wouldn't be able to press otherwise. Would this workout still work if you only did the strict press and the squat press?

A question: If one is not confident with the split jerks, or has mobility issues (or injuries), could one replace them with reverse lunges? I know it's not as dynamic/explosive, but similar muscles are being targeted, and they are similar movement patterns except for the velocity component…
Do you think that's a suitable replacement?
This looks fantastic! How do you recommend going about changing from single kettleBells to doubles?
Did you drill a lot with light weights back when you started? Do you need perfect clean technique with singles before doubles?
