This year is Vikala’s 5* uncap! Her kit got more focused on using her skill 2 field effect. It’s cool she can auto cast her field effect upon charge attack so she works so much better in full auto. Sucks she competes with Fediel’s powerful field effect.
New skill 4 is strong but can only be used when all allies hype is at 4. She will want a lot of meter to build/maintain hype. Her uncap also brings more party mitigation.
Do not think she overtakes Fediel but isn’t too far behind with what she brings. Fediel definitely has more dmg. Probably want to use Vicky when you want more dispels maybe.
