Today I am going to be getting some protection on my new alloy wheels, the main reason i want to do this is to keep them looking new for s long as possible.
By applying this coating it means that cleaning the wheels will be so much easier to clean and maintain going forward once they are on the car.

Looks an easy enough procedure but still above my pay grade. I need to get the car up and remove the wheels and do not have access to a garage to store them for a few hours, I like the effect wet coat has on them for now but yours look really good and the colour is spot on.
Well done pal, cracking video. The product did look proper easy to use and, being it's from GT, you get that reassurance that it is more than likely gonna be a very good product. All the best. BTW, thanks for the words if wisdom re the Synergy Lite 🙏
Look great. I take it these are for your Subaru?
Excellent choice in wheel Dave 👌
Quick question, I coated me wheels with Gtechniq C5 around 18 months ago, they do need de-tarring tho, would the tar remover take off the coating?
Top notch video David excellent tutorial on how to prepare wheels for ceramic coating and application 👏👏👏
Great video mate. I got Hades as a crimbo present and although I can't wait to apply it I'm still a little apprehensive as it's my first attempt at a ceramic coating. I watched Martin@obsessive car detailer48 do his and Maz has given loads of encouragement too. It was great to see you do yours, shame you couldn't get the second coat on but there's always another day.
Brilliant content Dave!, there’s not many ceramic tutorials on YouTube and this will give people the confidence to try for themselves…. 👍
