TBH Not sure if this is Shangel or The Monstar universe, because this is The Monstar’s Outfit, but Hades is still around, and Hades is “Gone” in Monstar’s Universe, so this could go either way, a past from The Monstar, or Angel’s Darkest Days as The Monstar, his darkside (like Ralphscoe to Ralphie)
