Many months, hundreds of Hades hours and thousands of Eris runs later, I have fulfilled my original promise to Lili. On my first day of having this lovely new controller, too. I’m pretty happy with my play overall; the most glaring moment of error was probably the 2-cycle Power Couple midboss, whereas the Hades fight was probably a high.

It’s all too possible to look back at the very below-average rooms, mainly in Tartarus and Elysium, and to wonder how exactly this run made it through – but on the other hand, there will obviously always be bad rooms, even in spite of the overarching luck that had to be grinded out. This isn’t routed, after all. It’s a delicate mix, and it’s hard to predict exactly what is needed to beat this time (though, this now makes two sub-6 WRs with Cluster Rockets, in case we didn’t already know that it was a busted combo, which we certainly do).

Finally got it. First time holding the Eris WR.
