at 0:14; there can be an Omnistone around the tree
0:33 is probably the most frustrating part, depending on what Behemoth is there and how quickly it notices you. Collecting the Phoenix Opals around the edge first 0:38 can help delay their annoyance
the 2 things that pose the biggest threat are Embermane and the Gruk-Gruk maffia.
-for Embermane, I would reccomend using Urska Legendary
-for Gruk-Gruks, I found the most consistent setup be to:
1) run into the middle of them at the start (to delay the roll) 2:26
2) don’t stop in front of the Omnistones, but run to the side of them a bit
4:12 there tends to be Omnistones there most of the time; there wasn’t any this time around
also note that this was an insanely good run; which is mostly thanks to Embermane not showing up; most of my runs end around the 5m54s mark.
