The hephaestus boon that gives life based on mana does also include your primed mana for its hp gain.
The "occasional" parry just means it has a cooldown. You can see it in the explanation of what is a parry on the right. Nice run though
I remember when they say "occasionally" in other boons, it means the effect has a cool down timer.
Just a warning, Vow of Forsaken screwed me in an Underworld run the other day. I got so many Hestia boons that I exhausted almost all of her boons and I was forced to replace my Apollo special with Hestia’s special right before the Chronos fight. I was using the Charon axe so it really messed up my build.
Dark is from chaos (for the aspect of thanatos)
funny thing in hades 1, its implied/said thaat Hermes himself asked those writing the pact of punishment that the timer pauses during chats with characters

@ 6:57 the game paused for the whole combat encounter. Not sure if that's a bug or if it's intentional because it was an Artemis fight!?

Fyi your build thus far 20:21 is like perfect for the Hera & Hephastus Duo Boon "Spiteful Strength" which gives a boost to Attacks & Special that don't have any primary boons on them. Similar to the Shackles from Sysiphous in Hades 1, but easier to achieve. Might be fun trying for that at some point. Not sure if youve unlock the spell to seen boons yet. Like i mentioned before i usually do surface runs with the rerolls to experiment. Might be worth unlocking those Arcana and upgrading them to do some experimental runs.
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who finds the hitbox on Polyphemus' jump kinda wrong.

The vow that bans unpicked boons is extra nice with Hermes, as his best boon only has 1 prerequisite (having any of his other boons), and it's the only hermes boon with a prerequisite. Means you're almost guaranteed to run into that spice with multiple visits.

I feel like a lot of the stuff missing is from Underworld runs. Which is an odd choice, given the surface is unlocked later, and thus more interesting, but I suppose the Surface is unfinished, so it make sense more mechanics/resources are locked behind the actual full run section.
