  1. I for one love the shield, thank you. Especially the aspect of Zeus. The floaty shield is great with poison, frost, or lightning. Doubled down if Haephestus gives you the ability to shoot from your shield instead of the bull rush.

  2. Frustrating that so many powerful builds are based on Charisma, and my attempts to play a Charisma character flopped horribly… I need to stick to geeks. I also got branded a heretic once so I'm not sure how well I'd do as a spiritual character…

  3. So i might've accidentally reported something. I had to hold my phone at a weird angle while juggling trying to carry stuff and wasn't looking at where my hand was on my phone. When i looked back there was a notification that said "something something feedback will be sent to the creator". So Tulok I'm sorry if you get a report or for whatever feedback was sent.

  4. "the straight forwardness of these spells is the only straight thing in this build."
Umm, obviously everyone in ancient Greek was straight. Guys were just really really really really really really really really good friends sometimes. /s

  5. The Shield is probably the strongest in the game in my opinion, I can get up to one shotting everything but bosses consistently without ever being hit, you just need to know how to build it depending on the options you get, kinda like every weapon in the game, either using the basic attack to abuse wall slams with Poseidon, spamming dash while throwing your shield for massive damage with Athena, or comboing charge attacks to move around the battlefield (or turning it into a better bow with certain upgrades)
Hades is great because there's so many different ways to get extremely strong you just need to play to the strengths of each weapon with the boons and upgrades you take.

  6. 1. I love how perfectly Fallen Assimar suits the Furies! Also, that moment when you realize Meg’s build is a hybrid of Yasha (Critical Role C2) and Laudna (Critical Role C3)…which honestly just makes her even more badass 🤣.

    2. Not Thanatos being a literal “soff boi” with his d6 hit die and +0 Con modifier, he literally must be protected at all costs 😱!! Ngl, it’s oddly satisfying when multiclassing gives you a better capstone ability than a Lvl 20 feature would 😅.

    3. I’m sorry people keep finding BS to bother you with in the comments, but I am glad that True Strike lets you spend an action to read them for utter filth 🤗

  7. I don't see the benefits of Relentless Hex here, as teleporting into melee means you'd wanna use rage but you can't rage and teleport because you don't have a non spell way to hex someone.

  8. The shield was my first love in Hades, but then I found the Gauntlets and it was off to the races.

On topic: why do whips suck so hard in DnD? If you roll for stats, you could theoretically have your modifier contribute more damage to an attack than the weapon itself; that's just silly. I guess that was what had to take a hit to give it reach and the trip/disarm property, but I don't feel like that was a fair trade.

  9. Megaera is definitely my favorite Hades character. She is a badass tsundare and an awesome character design. Will be considering playing her for sure and use your video as inspiration. Thank you Tulok. Would you think a multiclass of Barbarian Paladin like Oath of Vengeance might be good with Zealot?
