Killing Chronos right when the Moros countdown hits one for the 32 heat run is something out of an epic! So hype!
I think its really difficult to make the tight deadline in this game. Especially Ephyra. They should change it to add 1 min to all fear timers (i'd prefer 2 min added) and make it so when you use the bats in Ephyra it doesn't count down the timer.

I'm pretty sure dark side bugged out on me once, and made it so I couldn't dash. In the middle of the sirens fight. Safe to say I didn't make it to the end of the fight.
this is only kinda relevant based off attempt 1, but Spiral Knives + Hook Knives + plus some Hestia boons crashed my game a couple days ago
i think Spiral Knives plus Aspect of Pan is probably one of the strongest possible combos. i killed Chronos second phase in two or three uses i think.
With the talk of Hecate maybe being a baddie, I guarantee you, Ares is a baddie. At least a minor one. The god of war is probably THRIVING now that a war is actually going on, and he’ll probably do anything to keep it going as long as he can, even oppose Melinoë. He’s my bet for a surface world boss
it's amusing to see the Vengeance procs when getting sucked. you're not taking dmg, but the sucks usually do short stun.
Sureshot Flurry kinda invalidates Aspect of Pan if you're not max channeling it. as you mentioned, targeting can get a little wonky with the casts after that, too
I struggle so hard with the Desperation deadlines in this game. If I have any Fear that slows the game down (like the extra health or mobs) then even the basic 9mins desperation is a no-go from me. I ended up doing my first 32-fear run with no Desperation at all, just carefully picking my way through with the damage, limited healing, no magic, 20% move speed, and the onions (which actually syncs quite nicely with the boon choice Vows)
Not having Exteme Measures yet probably bloats the difficulty for 32 fear right now. That's around 6 fear that can be freed up or 10 if you go EM4. Plus there are a lot of other pacts that aren't in the oaths yet

Is the vow of foresaking( boon remuval) bad? Dont you get legendary boons easierly by using it?
Wouldn't arachne keepsake help with x4 1st hit? Dmg can't exceed your armor, am i right?

I actually really like Poseidons Magic Regen especially when using a Dagger Special build. Each knife hit can trigger it so you end up with a ton of bubbles!

In the fields I realised the smaller rewards you can basically just run past the units defending it and pick up the power up and bounce 😂

If you think you are going to get hit in a boss plan your first hit.
you can get flame cast + cyclone and the cast alone will proc p status – then get the skill that fires the cast out, and zeus lightning cast. all of those together is cast only win. attacks and specials are just cleanup lol.
I am also trying 32 Fear right now. Do you remember which Fear's changed in the run?

Fun fact, if you press attack when you get sheeped you do a mini dash, sheep actually has decent movement by spamming dash and attack
@Haelian I'm sure you've thought about it, but JIC: you can cheese the triple damage in biome 2 and 3 by getting dinged with steam/thorns with the traps in the room. I did a 30 run today and that saved it before I got Hephy armour.

Actually with pan, spiral hammer is very good even if some of them didn't hit. It still deal huge damage especially with pan where in cast they follow enemy.
All 16 shots hit with spiral when your stood next to the enemy with the cast. Second best in slot hammer for Chiron after hook knives. Maxing out the special is highest dps

pan might be the strongest aspect in the game so far
go watch croven's speedrun. he got an IGT of 7:36 with pan. the damage numbers made me throw up twice. he was past cerberus before 5 minutes 💀
