  1. I would recommend to keep playing for at least 1 stream after getting the credits before watching the true ending. (I hope this doesn't count as a spoiler) You can get 2 more keepsakes and 1 new boss variant (extreme measures level 4) if you keep playing after the credits and there still is a lot of story and dialogue you can get.
There are 2 "side stories" that progress if you keep playing (One has to do with Orpheus, the other one with Achilles)
and also a storyline that progresses you towards the true ending.

    About the true ending:
Yes it us true that you have to progress the friendship level of the Olympians to a certain point, but getting Nectar and Ambrosia gets easier and if you have enough you can just give it to them the first time you see them per run. That means if you need to level up the friendship of the 8 Olympians (i think Hermes doesn't count) and you get 4-6 per run (depending on wether you use their keepsakes) and their max friendship level is 7 and you already gave them 1 level to get their keepsakes, meaning you only need 6 or less level per Olympian, you would need 8-12 runs to get all Olympians leveled up. That means 2-4 Streams. To get the true ending I think you also need to level up friendship with someone in the House of Hades, but that also isn't too hard. So my guess would be, that you would need like 5-10 streams to get from the credits to the true ending, that isn't too bad. would be 5 to 10 weeks, meaning 1 to 2 months of more Hades content. Which is good (at least for us people who like Hades)

sorry for this really long comment
