There is a mod available that allows you to pick your first hammer; they use it in the speed run community, as an accessibility tool.
Could be worth looking into, especially if you want to try to show off specific builds like this.

Tmnt shredders revenge is pretty good, it's a bit short and quite easy.
That build looks solid !
I never use the spread fire, but you make a solid point with Zag's rail having more ammos being a good counter point.
As for TMNT Shredder's revenge, I got it the other day, and frankly, it's the best Turtles game EVER !
It pays direct hommage to the arcade and the SNES game, but even better ! It updates it with some more recent gameplay (like a super's bar that you fill up with combos or taunts), making the gameplay really fun. The pixel art is superb, the music is absolutely dope (with some surprise guest stars that will make you jump out of your chair), all in all, this game is an absolute love letter to the whole Ninja turtles franchise ! And for all its badassery, it's super cheap, like 25$
