  3. I'm rather burned out on these kinds of games now, there are just too many of them. I only give attention to ones that are unique or exceptional now, or just interesting in some indefinable way. This looks interesting.

  7. I tried this and it has a tonne of potential BUT am I the only person who looked at the degree to which stuff has been lifted from Hades and thought "errrrrrr – really??"

    There's bits from other games sucha s Dark Souls – "Campfire Unlocked BONG – but there's a LOT of Hades here and it feels a bit sordid at times…

    Given everything else is so interesting and unique I find this a BIT weird – the developer's webpage suggests they are a "group of friends making games" and I think they might lack someone saying "hang on – we can't just straight copy that bit can we??"
