Zagreus fist is VERY flexible. I like to start a high heat run with the Lambert plume equipped and take it from there. Other than that: my favorite Zagreus fist build is simply putting Blade rift on dash and slice everything to pieces.
(Maximizing dodge helps to play very aggressively)

I somehow got 45.2% dodge on a spear when i reached hades and he became a chump for me at that point despite struggling to beat him twice before hand now imagine the Zagreus fists easy 60% right there
Zag fists + lambent plume is a classic.
All the dodge bonus (around 36 at the end of Styx) + second wind's potential +30% dodge bonus after a call for 10 seconds is just chef's kiss.
Couple that with Zeus attack + jolted + its legendary splitting bolt (and whatever other curse to complete privileged status), and Hades'life bar just melts like butter.
zag fists for dodge plus weak status effect for damage reduction is how I got my first win.
