From what I can tell, since the beginning, Master Hades was built up to appear as if he was the big bad of Fairy Tail, but as it turns out he knew nothing and was nothing compared to the real bad guy, Acnologia.

Musica was the legendary blacksmith who forged the hero's sword in Rave Master. He would mark his creations with a musical note as his signature. Lilly's new sword is a reference to that.
Musica is also the name of one of the main characters in Rave Master.

It’s funny I started watching Fairy tail with a friend of mine and every time we stopped for the day I would watch these reactions but now I passed Zamber (at ep 152) and have to wait for new episodes and it’s so weird 😂

It has always to be Natsu Well that´s the role of being the Main Character
There was/are some exceptions like in Galuna Island Gray battled the main villian
and in Phantom it was Makarov battled Jose
But anyway that´s how it is in a battle shounen series
Also this wasn´t supposed to be PoF it´s the author showing Natsu´s character development wasn´t forgotten using the lesson of Gildarts to help his friends to stand up nothing to do with Emotion power boosts

The power of friendship wasn't even used. Physical strength and Natsu's magic reserve was what brought down Hades. Friendship comes up later a friendship speech ≠ power of friendship.
