I love Hades, almost scratches that Isaac itch, but with far more story, but I too tend to obsess on it for a while, then forget for some time.
Really fortunate timing that Stephen should commit to a series of this game around the time I got back into it and started completing runs.

I played this a lot. My main weapon was the gauntlets. First time I used them was also the first time I beat the game. Always got stuck in the 3rd area boss fight before
