Hades 2 | Sather Scale

Trying something new here talking about the new hottest game HADES 2! I was a huge fan of the first Hades game, and I’ve been loving the time spent in the sequel, bashing my foes with the power of the Gods of Olympus. Here’s my review! let me know if you guys dig this style, or if I should never do this again! Thanks, enjoy!

  1. Greg Kasavin (Hades’ director) has literally never missed. If yall want a lil treat, you can find his old game reviews from like 25+ years ago on youtube when he was an editor for gamespot!

  2. no… bro… really. dont shorten your videos… although… if you plan on making more shorter videos per month… yea. do that 😀 Perhaps also do "first impression" videos of new indy games where you play them for 2 or 3 hours and evaluate them according to your sather scale on a 'first impression' basis…then perhaps keep playing the ones that rate above 7 and do a proper review video after you finish it… just a thought.

  3. Your videos are made so perfectly clear and concise. Love how every game you cover made me more intrigued into said game . Would love to see you cover a massive open world game done right like Warframe!!

  5. Not sure if you'll see this, but about your desire for the back button on the dialogue box, there's a workaround in the book now where you can see the last few bits of conversation exchanged between Melinoe and whoever she was talking to. Also, would love to see this kind of content more! Try not to be too nice on the Sather Scale like Charlie was when he first started the Moist Meter lol

  6. I think its too early in development for a high score like 9 or 10/10. I absolutely love what I have played so far, but once you beat the main boss the first time and finish doing the second location, there really isn't any progress to do besides grinding to upgrade all the things.

In Hades 1 you had to beat the game like 10 times to fully "complete" the story, and each time you beat the game it unlocked more story and progression, which gave you a reason to keep playing, and that is the big thing that is missing from Hades 2 right now because of its early access.

  7. A lot of potential in this series, you could review the newest games that came out or you could go back a couple of years and review a game that you thought might have been underrated or you missed. Speaking for myself, I wouldn't mind these bite-size content while waiting for your true video passion projects/deep dives. Also love the time you take to scavenge around or buy your costumes for your videos, top tier youtubing lol.

  8. As for you asking for the dialogue back button: up on the d-pad will bring you to your notebook and there is a chat log history for everything in there, I believe it is the furthest right option.
