HADES 360 – (LIGHTS ON) POV – Mt. Olympus Theme Park

The Mt. Olympus Water and Theme Park is home to one of the craziest wooden coasters in the World. The ride features a 360-degre barrel roll followed by an overbanked turn just feet from the ground and makes for an impressive entrance to the resort, one of the best sections of any wooden coaster out there. It billed itself as the world’s-first upside down wooden roller coaster during its opening phase. Hades also has the longest tunnel on a roller coaster and navigates through it twice; Located under the parking area of the amusement park, The HADES 360 tunnels feature a 90-degree turn, other airhills, as well as an outer-banked section.

Hades 360 uses timberliner trains by GravityKraft, the Gravity Group. The 360-roll and over-bank was added in 2013 during a retrack. Other attractions at the park include an S&S Swing, three other wooden coasters, and plenty of go-karts.

  1. That was amazing a inverted woody 👏 I know the metal ones are more Technical but Woodies each have a character of their own a bit like our vintage British Steam engines no 2 ride the same and that one is pushing Woodies limits 😀

  2. This is the fastest, most aggressive woodie coaster I have ever had the pleasure to ride. The tunnel in the dark at max speed is beyond mind blowing however it doesn't make for a great video. If you can ride this, don't skip it. Video footage is done very well as this bad boy is a shaker!
