Hades – 51 Heat – Aspect of Arthur

0:39 – run start

I honestly wish any of the Shadow Slash or Double Nova builds I had during some attempts got the win instead. But I mean, if you get Double Edge, you don’t fight it! Common Lv.1 Divine Strike the whole way through. Yet again avoiding second hammer with a sword.

  1. why do you always take an intentional death at Asterius? I saw you do it with Rama in 60 heat, and you ended up losing the lucky tooth seconds later… I imagine you take intentional deaths in teh first place to get some HP back, knowing you were going to immediately get back your stubborn defiance in the next room…but liek with Rama, you had less HP after you took the intentional death… and like.. it's so easy to get hit after taking a DD cuz it stuns you for like 5 seconds or some shit…I mean jeez, yeah the game pauses, but it's not like Asterius is just going to wait around for you. has it ever been worth it to take that intentional death? Is there some other hidden mechanic i don't know about here?

  2. wtf was that phalanx shot at 19:45 i've never seen one curve around like that even with lightning phalanx..AND it bounced.. like.. it's not supposed to bounce right? it's only supposed to bounce when you have the athena/zeus duo boon, lightning phalanx, right?

  3. the combo for arthur is to attack > dash > attack.. the dash repositions the first attack and the second attack will come out almost immediately. It's very quick… then you can keep the combo going and attack first then dash in the middle of the swing to reposition it…and then u can do it again the same way.. last 2 attacks of the combo have very wide arcs and can hit pretty much all the mobs at once.. and the final attack has like.. 200 base dmg. I think it's the highest in the game, it's even quite a bit higher than hestia's empowered shot. it's hard to get the hang of, but it's really powerful.. i think repositioning attacks is how arthur is intended to work with how slow it is.. also i think the attack > dash > attack is infinitely better than the normal dash attack.. since it hits twice in around the same time frame.
