I'd only see #Alive for Park Shin-Hye. It doesn't look very good. All your anime recs seem solid, though, thanks!
Great vid. Solid recommendations (understandable about "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" but I do like that movie a lot cause of the dialogue and the trippy visuals that escalate the theme of the film). As for other recommendations, I may suggest 2 live action foreign shows courtesy of Netflix. "Alice in Borderland" + "Sweet Home". I think "Sweet Home" is a good counter-point to "#Alive" in the sense that, while it's centered on a group of people trapped in an apartment complex during an interesting take on the zombie outbreak, it focuses on more brutal and bleak elements seen in the zombie genre. CG's a bit wonky, but I can forgive it due to (I think) an excellent way it shows how brutal and human these characters are and the trials they face. "Alice in Borderland" is also very good: It's "Alice in Wonderland" if envisioned by the Jigsaw Killer. Gotta survive in a parallel world by completing games that have deadly consequences if you fail. Good game theory, great cinematography and pacing. Just something I recommend. Hope ya have a fantastic year!
