The trophy is very straight forward, as it says just clear Elysium, by defeating Theseus and Asterius. But easier said that done!
“Extreme Measures” will upgrade the bosses of each area giving them new more powerful attacks. You need to have this pact at level 3 (Heat 6) when starting a new escape.
The first 2 shouldn’t be too difficult, if you are already used to them but Theseus and Asterius can give you some trouble.
The trophy will pop in the next room, before Styx.
