I imagine the reason why Sisyphus is always so jovial in this game is a reference to Camus's essay The Myth of Sisyphus, where Camus postures the concept of finding joy within the seeming pointlessness of life. "One must imagine Sisyphus happy" indeed.
You only missed the bonus image for the last character that you can find in the chamber of Hades. I mean, that is my favorite Illustration in the whole game. If I remember my myths right, Demeter was super sad after losing her daughter, so she was kind of in a winter mood for a very long period of time.
Winter in greek mythology is the time when Demeter is sad because her daughter is in the underworld, and in the game her daughter is missing, so that's why she's all mean and icy, and why it's constantly snowing.
This game needs a zoom-in and/or model viewer.
