When the new series was announced, Evil Queen was my favorite at first. Then Hades stole the show, and he was the only doll from the series I purchased. EQ has a TON of great details, especially her black/gold headdress and her hair decoration made out of real metal. But I really loved the look of Hades. I thought the doll designers did a fantastic job adding details, embroidery, THAT CAPE, and I loved the black crinoline at his feet. I cannot wait to get this doll in the mail XD Thank you and Melinda for sharing!!!

Thanks for your review. He is a cool doll and very creative with the souls on his cape. I wasn’t able to get him, and I’m ok with that, as I find him rather scary, lol.

My Hades shipped today! I was so worried I didn’t get him 😭. I couldn’t collect them all, but I got my most wanted dolls: Hades and Yzma. If I could’ve gotten 3 dolls, then Maleficent would’ve been one of them 💚

The fire that you didn't like should have been placed differently to see the doll's face but yea that is a nice doll
Him & Ursula are the only ones really worth in that set, and both have their 2 sidekicks as a part of their costume.

You got him already!! You've truly been blessed by the shipping gods recently. I'm one of the few people who actually love that neck piece, but I hate how they placed it in the box. In the stock images it's centered and doesn't cover up his face, but here it's to the side and some of the small flames cover his face. This could have been prevented if they had pushed him forward a little in the box. This is one of the things that tempt me to debox him.

I was able to get Hades and the pin just before it sold out. Had 12 windows open and after I bought both another tab got through the waiting room and it was out of stock! Mine shipped yesterday and I can't wait to get him 😀

I just picked mine up at the closest Disney store this morning @ 11am here in SoCal. I got the last Hades and had to get a ticket..never had to in the past. My store also surprisingly open a little earlier than usual. (why I got the last one) Got all 6 Villains from my store along w/pins. I don't collect dolls or pins but this villains' set is too gorgeous. Lol, unfortunately I then became obsess with getting the Decendants for each one…but I'm thrilled I have them too now. Yzma is the only one that I do not think has a decendant from the movie…maybe the animation?
On the same day it came out it was SoLD Out on the Disney website.
He actually doesn't have a new body mold. Its mr incredible.
