T9 warship is the same lvl as the 10 there both Rank 5 weapon
use Tech crew as captains for weapon dmg. i use all my combat crew for combat points
It’s one of mine main ships currently along with brontes
If you mix a fleet adding even just one cruiser or frigate you lose 100% of the speed boost. It seems kind of evil but maybe you don't want to be the first into a fight anyway.
I think in the current Artemis-meta Hades is very relevant. I've not done a direct fleet vs fleet test but on paper I believe this to be an accurate counter to the Artemis's flying everywhere.
