I keep coming back to Supergiant games for the music, and the infallible duo Darren Korb and Ashley Barrett have returned once again!! I thought this song would sound AMAZING backed by an orchestra and I couldn’t wait for the Songs of Supergiant Games vinyl so I tried something myself! Here’s me and my COVID podmate J singing the duet in vaguely-underworld cosplay. I arranged and produced the orchestra using EastWest’s Hollywood Strings + Solo Cello and Arturia’s Piano V2.

From the start I was already floating up in olympus only to fall back down to asphodel when it ended. And then as zagreus, longing to return to the serface, by hearing the tune again. It was really beautifull. I only feel that the instrumental was in the way of the vocals sometimes overshadowing it but amazing nonetheless
