It's good he's aware he must learn a lot and overall admirable to sacrifice stats and highlights to become an IGL. It's a tough part, especially in Poland where we lack even decent IGLs, so maybe just becoming one on his own is a good idea? It'll take time, but who can teach him better than Nawrot, right? Probably the best place for him to be right now if he wants to pursue the IGL dream. We can clearly see the issues with decision making, but if we can see, Monte can see it, too. That doesn't change the fact it had looked even worse when they were in ENCE and gla1ve was IGL, their playstyle was stiff as hell. Wish him all the best, it's sad we won't get as many AWP highlights from hades due to IGL role, but if it eventually works out and they will improve their game and stay within top 30 for longer period of time, there won't be any complaints.
