We are playing as Melinoe whose another daughter of Hades and Persephone in greek mythology (so technically Zagreus' sister) and given that Apollo says on the trailer "I will light your way down" we are most likely going in the opposite direction as we did in Hades, going down to Tartarus in order to fight Chronos himself instead of going up to escape the underworld.
