  1. The smallest titbit of pre Olympian lore.

Kratos was Zeus's dad and (one of the) last Titan, the Tartarusgate was where Zeus locked his father. The gods of the Olympus are basically rebellious children who took over. Age of mythology is an oldie, but Goldie for that lore kinda sorta 😉

  2. Play around with the controls: There is some level of input buffering and canceling in the game, so for example with the sword you can actually dash cancel the special animation, making it come out at the end of the dash. Hades didn't keep my interest for long enough, but I was starting to see how someone could almost go K-style with it… Although tbh I played with KB+M so I don't personally know how practical using some of the tricks are for controller. Still, additional depth in controls/movement is good 🙂

  3. The one thing I've always wondered about the candles in Rogue Likes, Dungeon Crawlers and their ilk…. Who's job is it to maintain all the candles?
I mean they are just wax that will eventually melt down, right.
Unless every adventure has some unknown creature frantically placing and lighting all the candles just before our "hero" enters the area.
Quite honestly if it's true, then that dude is the REAL hero of these games.
