  1. I'd take it a step further and say it is THE BEST roguelike i have played. i've been playing through early access off and on but have been waiting for release to get to the final story ending. they did a fantastic job tying that up – although i'm still getting more story still through "epilogue" content. just an outstanding game. the bar is high with supergiant games but somehow they've managed to outdo themselves on this one.

  2. I'm less than 10 hours in and this is DEFINITELY the best roguelite I've played. The progression, story, and art style is all superb. Not to mention the gameplay! I'm doing a blind playthrough on my channel if anyone wants to check it out :). What's your favorite weapon so far?

  3. I completely agree! I am not really a fan of this game genre, but bought it on Switch to support Supergiant. I can't stop playing! The way progression works, for both your character and the story, has kept me hooked. The combat feels absolutely incredible, and the amount of different ways to play is insane. I do not think I have played a run that went the same way twice, even when using the same weapon. So awesome and well worth the price!

  4. This the rogue like game I’ve always wanted. The problem is with Gungeon, is it’s too hard! For some people (like me). The progression in Hades means that EVERYONE can win, however some people can do it easily, and people like me will do it in 200 runs. Maybe. I’ll let you know.
