So for the re-rolls, I left this out on my last comment cause I wanted you to try one first naturally on your own without spoilers. But the dice only rolls within the two categories. So "perma outside run currencies' will always reroll to "perma outside run currencies" … and "in run buffs" will always reroll to other "in run buffs". So you'll never roll a key into an Athena Buff or a Pom of Power. You can tell by the color of the laurels surrounding the door orb (blue vs gold)
