  1. Brilliant video, I kept my subscription to you guys even after quitting Hearthstone because of things like these. Will definitely start ramping up the heat, I cheesed every class up to 12 heat so far with Tight Deadline 3 (actually pretty free when you don't have much else on) + Overtime 1 + EM2 but I need to get that Skelly statue

  2. I think one of the reasons people talk up Benefits Package is because it adds variety to the game, so while quantitatively it might be a punishing pact, it's also pretty fun. As one of the pacts that majorly changes up how enemies might engage you, it's also one that you might want to take early on just to get used to before you start just adding pacts that are essentially "mob hit harder."

  3. Cool video! I just beat 32 heat a couple days ago just before I got to my 100th attempt, and I really felt a lot of the things you matched out while I was playing. Especially the playing slow part lol, I didn’t even turn on forced overtime

  4. You wrote routine inspection instead of heightened security on your list (remember routine inspection = mirror). One thing you didn't really emphasize is that it is a lot faster if you start your heat with forced overtime 2 and tight deadline (7 mins) as your first heat.

  5. Well im quite severly hard of sight so i really dont think i could even play this game , i cant even get past the 1st floor on Issac never mind hades , which does make me sad because i absolutly love Greek mythology , but i found the .1% that litearlly cant play this game , das me , there is something satisfying about proving advicta wrong but i get where hes coming from , the game from what i hear is fantastic and i have listened to playthorugh just for the dialogue

  6. Holy shit this is one of the most enlightening Hades videos I've ever seen, and opened my eyes to how wrong some of my choices have been. I'm also glad to have some hunches mathematically confirmed (Like Benefits Package! I knew it! Idk why people recommend it early!). I'm slowly climbing in heat across all weapons since I always pick the Darker Thirst selected one for the rng funsies and i still have furniture to buy. I have between 8-14 across them all but getting to the 2nd of Skellys trophies has been frustrating to the point I really was starting to not even enjoy this game I've loved and put so much time into. This guide will shake things up for me, thank you thank you so much!

  7. Not sure if I agree about Lasting Consequences vs. Hard Labor…
Let me know what you think about this: Hard consequences only increases damage from enemies, but lasting consequences effectively makes you take +25% damage from all sources.

  8. One thing I think you might be missing with Benefits Package: I'm fairly certain that BP'd enemies take up more "enemy space" when the game is generating waves. (Like how the game will generate several armored Numbskulls in the place of a few armored Louts — each enemy has some sort of value it contributes to the total "wave size" that Jury Summons increases.) With BP2 on, I've seen a single buffed-up armored Thug be an entire first wave in Tartarus (though one of his 'benefits' was Cloner) — that would never happen with a normal armored enemy. This reduces the impact of BP from what it would be if it actually upgraded armored enemies one-for-one.
