  1. Nice review. I’m certainly going to get it before the sale on switch ends in a few days.
    If you liked this game’s progression between runs, it sounds a lot like Children of Morta, which is a great story-driven rouge like (or lite I never know the difference).

  2. Definitely hovering over the buy button on this one. I'm a sucker for games like this that let you mix/match abilities and have tons of unique encounters that will keep every run interesting.

  3. Pay attention to the music your next few runs. Darren Korb made an excellent soundtrack which is varied in instrumentation and style while always feeling consistent in quality and tone for each of the different biomes. The blend of Greek era instruments with metal/rock riffs is so fun. It's very dynamic with lots of stems coming in or drowning out depending on the scene.

  4. Strong Children of Morta vibes.. I dont usually like top down (isometric?) games that are basically bullet hells but I love rougelite or like games. I'm torn…
