Hades returns with some more attempts to escape from hell, so let’s prepare to die a bunch of times, and hopefully learn some fun mythological facts while we’re doing it…

  1. I wish Jon paid a bit more attention to the story and acknowledged the clever mythological puns
Also, I hope he gets far enough into Orpheus's storyline to see the incredible Orpheic Dionysus reference

  2. I don't know if people told you during the stream, but you need to talk to everybody when you can. Overwise you won't be able to progress in the game. Plus, the dialogues are great and full of puns and mythology references.

  3. jon, you "noticed" all these things about thanatos yet you accuse him of having an absurd amount of hair…did you even look at his hair jon, it's short, but I guess your eyes went immediately to his nipples. Oh and also, you're going to compain that they made the minotaur fuckable, after all the fantasy games you've played? especially since you often find fantasy beings attractive or fuckable, maybe that's just a part of you leaking out jon.

  5. It will change later in the game, but for now, I think it's better to get health from Darkness than 3 HP per room. You are still looking to acquire Darkness here, and getting plenty of it. There is a point to talking with people (shades, horrible demons, whatever), every run, and you should do so. The Coin Purse (Hypnos keepsake) is great to start off with; trade it out in Asphodel. Lucky Tooth or Broken Spearpoint (Patroclus) for endgame. …and you took gems over Daedalus. With full death defiances.

I am not sure if you noticed, as I missed the last cast – each of your "dark mirror" perks has an alternate mode.

If there's one thing I'd change about these casts? Let the conversations take place, don't rush through them like most gamers. In this game particularly, there are critical benefits to be gained by talking to people you meet. Repeatedly (relationships build). Other than that, your sessions are awesome.

Aspect of Hera for the bow is much better imho. The gun doesn't fit well in this game. Shield deflecting is my favorite. Thanks for playing!

  6. Just recently started watching your content, thanks for the awesome streams. You two have a cool chemistry and I love the vibe of your streams 🙂 maybe give Claire a little more room to breathe, she’ll start talking about something interesting and then the game picks up and you talk over her!

  7. I've loved and played Hades since it first released in Early Access at the end of 2018, I like it ALOT in case it weren't obvious.

Since the full version released, I've loved seeing EVERYONE just absolutely love the game, it makes me feel so warm and gooey like seeing a child come of age.
It's just so, so, so flipping wonderful. Especially after Pyre was a bit love/hate for people.
