Most of the time, if you do the math and work out the percentages, the flat damage buffs are much better than the percentage-based ones.
1:50:45 that one almost physically hurt. Scratch the "almost" if there was anything really useful in there, but there wasn't. Among other things, Broken Spearpoint and the Coin Purse (as a Tartarus one-off) are useful. I never equip Lucky Tooth till last stage. Would've taken the Defiance boon, but it all worked out.
