This Hades PS5 game guide video shows how to complete the Theseus & Asterius boss fight under the Extreme Measures condition. You can set Extreme Measures as one of the rules on the Pact of Punishment preparation screen. Make sure to set this condition to the maximum if you’re working towards the Champion of Elysium trophy.
Extreme Measures change the boss fight in Elysium. The biggest difference is that Theseus is using a chariot now equipped with guns and bombs. Just as in the normal fight we recommend to focus on Asterius (the minotaur) first while avoiding Theseus’s attacks at the same time. Asterius for most part is a similar enemy, however he may use powerful spin attacks you should avoid and wait for them to end.
Once Asterius is gone look for ways to attack the chariot from the back or from the sides. Theseus will eventually lose this toy and the final part will be the same with having to attack the boss and avoid the attacks of the god he’s summoned to help him.

Important info:
– Extreme Measures boss fights only trigger if you set this condition on the Pact of Punishment screen before the run.
– Our video is merely an example and you may be forced to use other tactics and moves while using other weapons and having other boons at your disposal.
– Focus on Asterius first, but expect it to be tougher to avoid charriot attacks than in a standard fight. Asterius has a powerful new spin attack and it's best to move away when he triggers it.
– The chariot can fire guns and drop bombs. Look for ways to attack it from the side or from the back. Theseus will eventually lose it and the final part of the boss fight will be the same as before.
