  1. When Kratos said "I have killed gods greater than him(Heimdall)" he DEFINETLY had The Big 3 in mind,Zeus,Poseidon and Hades.

    Heimdall may have required the Draupnir Spear to overload his senses however when Kratos lost control of himself and unleashed the beast within at the very end it didnt seem like he needed the spear any longer.
    He was too fast and his pure rage made his mind blurry for Heimdall to read,it was just murderous instinct,Heimdall couldnt read his thoughts cause there wasnt ANYTHING to read.
    It was all red

    And Hades has MANY abilities that can potentially replicate the effect of Draupnir.

    Hades should indeed logically win this

    Also Hades somewhat scales to Thor in power as the Dev Director of Valhalla directly compared Thor vs Poseidon as a debatable fight,and Hades is canonically nearly equal to Poseidon.(its stated in the novels they fight all the time and Hades wasnt scared at all,implying there isnt a definitive result to their battles).

    Thor>~Poseidon>=Hades

    While Thor is stated to have had power "AS heavy AS any" that Kratos had felt,it again AS HEAVY,not more.
    A statement that in context just means Thor is on the same level as the strongest of gods,that being the Big 3 and indeed he is ONLY beneath Zeus but same tier

    The games narrative constantly implies that the Kratos that we see when he loses control in Ragnarok(whether thats his true current power is debateable) is supposed to represent GoW3 Kratos.
    Statements say this,his classic scowl says this and the narrative as a whole.

    GoW3 Kratos is" the god he once was" that made Odin stutter and step back and was implied capable of killing him,he is the Kratos that overpowered Thor(he even made the classic grunt when throwing Thor to the roof in the last fight),the Kratos that brutalised Heimdall.

    Best thing Heimdall can pull off is a draw.
    However the fact that Heimdall is stated to be able to give Thor a run for his money means that he will also put up a decent fight against Hades.

    But if we are to pick a winner it would be Hades.
    Furthermore he is very hard to kill due to his position,he can ignore parts of his body being cut off(and doesnt cry about it) and to kill him you must pull his soul out or use the Blade Of Olympus on him(Zeus said in the novel the Blade can kill Hades)

    Hades may not be as strong as Thor but his abilities might make him a harder opponent for Heimdall,as strength isnt the best counter for Heimdall
