  1. Played a demo for this and left it after trying hard to like it. The antagonist narrator is annoying and unfunny, enemy attacks just sorta happen constantly with weak telegraphs, and attacks feels mushy with weak feedback. And it's a bummer that character upgrades use the same currency as unlocking new cards. A lotta little things that add up.

  2. Options had "Narrator Frequency", so you could have just turned it to low. But you probably figured that out later, since I'm still just 6 minutes in. Looks good though!

  3. With all these new videos of different games would you mind doing a new updated top ten list? Greatly appreciate it. Been playing enter the gungeon after playing hades. Thanks in advance.

  4. This game had so much potential, and was pretty good, but a lot of people found it to be really difficult. The key to winning is knowing which abilities to lean on and getting the highest level possible for those abilities. You always want to be one level above the average for the floor since the dmg increase is massive going up just one level. Also hit and run is the best way to stay alive, the enemies hit too hard.

If you are going to stick with this game, try to get the poison roses ability, as I found that was by far the strongest attack in the game especially when you add buff cards to it. It sucks that there is no true ending to the game even if you beat it at nightmare level.
