  1. So there is something signifcantly different between these videos, and something stew has said in past. before it was opinion based , on the quality of the content of hell hades. thats fine. you can do that. this is a direct claim against the legality of another person, which is associated with the monetary gain of a person. this is textbook defamation.

  2. Here's the thing. When somebody says, "there is a link and i get a little from it when you download" all I think is there is a certain amount of money for every download they get, had no idea they also get shares from what users spend. If they do get that extra bonus, its a sponsored video. No matter what box you check in youtube setting.

  3. Maybe it's true. Maybe it's not. Either way, is it a battle really worth fighting? Stew might be on to something about HH having ulterior motives in pushing that game, but almost everyone in business does. Even YT content creators (like Stew) who say they are "for the people" are not really just "for the people." They are for getting views and the monetization. Other channels that directly go after other channels in videos successfully have their own expensive legal teams on retainer to do battle (like TheQuartering vs Pokimane). Is Stew ready for that?

  5. What do we expect from Stew, he's a troll. Haven't heard anything from him for ages because I saw how troll he is. Massive respect to you Darth! Proves you are one of the smartest out there!

  6. Let's talk about UK law and what could really bring down a CC. If a CC gets drunk and starts performing sexual acts whilst streaming superimposing himself on a female streamer in a way that the broadcast appears sexual without consent, that is cyber sexual harassment. Footage exists of Stew doing this.

This is protected by the 1st amendment in the US but not in the UK. If Stew ends up coming to the UK to enforce any UK laws on HH, he might just end up being caught by the Online Safety laws and worst case being charged as a sexual offender.

  8. This is kind of drama is fairly rare for this community. It makes me think this is a misguided clout-grab by Stew. I mean, come on Stew. If you just came back to Raid and discussed the game, this community would have been there to support you for sure. I just don’t understand, or honestly, really like Stew.

  9. Just makes him look like a jealous child. Start doing raid content again if that’s what you want to do. It’s like he wants his community to tell him to do it again so when he rage quits…again…he can blame them.

  10. Darth you are the man! I'm nobody so I'll say it. Stew needs to shut his mouth and go back to the sand that he buried his head in before. I believe that he said something about other content creators not having balls. Then he cried and left Raid. What was he crying about then? Not that it matters. This seems to be the only way for him to get views. Stew gaming is just pathetic as far as I'm concerned!

  11. Turns out in the UK if you have an affiliate link on your video or mention a company your affiliated with it is then considered paid promotion. So stew said nothing close to liable, defamation or anything of the sort.
