Hera's "Born Gain" boon is the strongest mana boon in the entire game imo. The mana primed only lasts until the end of the room, so you practically have unlimited mana for the rest of the run

The Cyclops has Kako mati design on his forehead and torso. It's a symbol that protects from the evil eye! It's funny for a blind cyclops! The attention to details in this game! (Also Polyphemus is the son of Poseidon)
