Some of the combos you can get going with the hammer upgrades are nuts.
This is one of those games where there isn't a tutorial in-game so just read everything and keep trying different stuff.

The golden vases contain money. And if you die immediately, like in the first or second room, Hypnos and Zag have a fun bit of banter. (I told you that bc it looks like you're already so good at this game you could only die that quick on purpose.) Basically every possible choice(or mistake) you could make results in new dialogue. And, speaking of choice, to give important advice in the least spoilery way possible, you can say yes to everyone, no one will get mad.

Not sure if it's just me but 3rd boss on the 5th attempt!?! It took me so long to even get to Elysium to the point where I just grinded the Mirror and other permanent stat boosters.

Love Hades so much! Try grabbing a boon for your special or cast. Each cast boon changes the cast so you might actually like using them more.
