I looked him up on the Internet and there are a whole lot of different ways to refer to him. And primordial god of time is one of the ways he's referred to. I'm not saying he isn't the god of time, I'm saying this is how Hades 2 happens to refer to him.)
Not really. Hades II lacks many arts (suppossedly because of being in early access), no prominent tracks in OST, vague characters motivation and many other aspects, in which the first Hades does better.
The rating is overwhelmingly positive though, because the credit of trust towards the developers is almost unlimited, since Supergiant haven't really ever done a bad game.

I only disliked because when he said "new gods have been added.." they showed a god from the original game

I hope with this one we are able to go to Olympus to meet all of the Olympus gods and goddesses from the first and second game
