I feel like slower movement is actually an improvement by itself when it comes to Slicing Shot. Granted, reduced radius kinda kills what that slowdown gains for you. Eh.
Freezing vortex, the decay one, and larger rifts wax's bosses in a few seconds flat its omega good but very meh for groups of enemy's that jump around.

I wonder, how is Ares Cast with Aspect of Hera on the Bow? How effective is it? (I assume decently once you get the boon that makes the Blade Rifts pull enemies in)
Nice video as always, do you know if FPS is connected to game speed? Cause It seems to me that even with very close builds to yours at low heat I can't melt enemies as fast as you do.

I don't get how he doesn't understand that slower moving blade rifts = more damage per rift. Speed is less damage.

Arctic Blast is 80 damage for 10 stacks of chill, so it's 8 extra damage a hit scaled up by whatever global damage boosts you have. It's worse than Zeus Attack or Support Fire that start at 10 per hit. If you have the instantly apply 10 stacks of chill revenge boon it might be interesting though, instant pop on every time you get hit. The Zeus and Ares revenge boons are pommable though so they're still just better. Personally I'd rather have the 10 stacks of chill than the weak damage boost.

I just got a fantastic run with freezing vortex yesterday when I was finishing the duo boon prophecy
I actually got a win with the Aspect of Beowulf with Ares and whatnot. I made it work somehow.
If you get the freezing vortex do you not get offered hunting blades?

Cast duration +0.5 seconds.

Ares+Demeter should really affect the dash and the call. I personally think chill's effects should be buffed.
I bet the reason for the current shape of the boon has to do with what happens when you get winter harvest and people start shattering/inflicting chill. Which … probably pretty bomb.

Given that your Slicing shot was at 39 at the end that's like a 20% buff?
Except worse cause it didn't get scaled with Achilles so it's more like +8 on the 98 damage boon so closer to a 8-9%
So you got a Duo Boon and another specific boon to make your blade rifts deal 9% more damage, and in exchange, they're 15% smaller
That seems bad.

One of those shots totaled half his Phase 2 health bar O_O
So this was just a Blade Rift build run. Demeter added nothing to it's effectiveness, especially once you get the succ Rift boon
