  10. Pet peeves in this game: Armored Vermin, Satyrs, Greatshields, Bone-Rakers (freaking stun lock you) and the grand a-hole himself Theseus. I wish there was a way to both in lore and in game options to SHUT. HIM. UP. (Shout out to the voice actor, he did a phenomenal job at making you hate that character)

  21. Not gonna lie – I half expected him to skip Persephone's dialogue. I mean, he skipped through almost everything else! Maybe this will help him internalize that this game has, like, a story, and narrative, and good writing that is actually an integral part of the experience.

  24. at 59:25 this was not the first time you were near maximum health in the perfect condition for a boss fight, but instead you decide to do one more room for the sense of a great boon. And this is the second time it has brought your health down severely. It was not worth it again. Yelling at my screen to warn you sadly didn't work because the choice was already made. Unfortunately I was not in the chat to be heard or read. Oh well, I'm about to find out how well the boss fight goes

  26. Did you know a speedrunner only use the Ares and Athena boon with a sword and finish the game only in 23 minutes, i think the key is how to inflict the most dps in most little time.

  35. Fun Fact: There are other dashes in the game besides Divine Dash.

    Tidal Dash has the highest damage out of all dashes. Great for a dash only run, or if you just want that extra raw damage while you're dashing around rooms.
    Blade Dash is good for it's multi-hit damage.
    Drunken Dash for its damage over time, especially good for Hangover builds.
    Hunter Dash if you're dash striking a lot (good with close range weapons).
    Mistral Dash can be good for a chill build.
    Thunder Dash is fucking thunderbolts.

  36. Not taking Dionysus special with chiron is a huge misplay. I love you max <3. Dio chiron is one of the easier builds in the game to put together: get dio special boon(in the first room naturally?!?!?!) -> pom special boom as much as possible -> get ares and/or aphrodite duo boons -> win your run quite easily.

    There ARE better builds for chiron, but hangover is one of the easiest to play as it doesnt require massive uptime to maintain solid DPS, and max has poor uptime, this was a pretty massive misplay, hopefully he either sees this or someday learns the value of dionysus chiron. Bonus points for dio chiron because you dont need a leveled chiron to take advantage of the strength of the build.

  37. LMAO There is no universe, in which Support Fire is better than Lightning Rod. Dumb af for taking SF over LR, especially since LR was Fated AND a Duo. Smfh. Epic fail. Chat didn't educate him well. Extremely disappointing. That was just… that left me dumbfounded. How the fuck do you not take Lightning Rod in that situation XD. Literally could not take the rest of that run seriously, a complete and utter joke lol. He actually might have beaten Hades on that run if he took Lightning Rod XD.

    The "God of RNGesus" literally gave you Lightning Rod. And you passed it up. Smh. BRUH. Twice. Second time it was a Duo vs. two common boons. WOW. He even said it sucks lmfao. Can't knock it til you try it. Couldn't take that run seriously either. LOL.
