Both paradise and hell exists there in the underworld where all the dead roams. U aren't allowed to go into Mount Olympis just cause u died u need to be a god or half a god to do so. And Zeus being a whore, a lot of gods r up there which might have been confusing and some taking them as the departed instead of gods
