Gameplay is roguelike: go through randomized rooms with randomized items to get to the goal. you die? You get sent back to the beginning. You can also pick some underworld currency and keys to unlock things to MAYBE make the next trek easier.
This quicklook gets bopped a few times while trying to go as far as possible.
