  1. Can I sense when a video has twisted emotions being discussed? Cool superpower if I could. I love Kiara and Nino!
I read nine rules to break recently, it wasn't what I was expecting. It was better.
Your hair looks so nice and shiny. I haven't gotten any treatment done in 2 years and mine looks dead! πŸ˜‚

  2. That's how I feel about the one book I've read from Maya Rodale so far (The Wicked Wallflower), slightly underwhelmed (great premise, but felt like a novella dragged out). Still looking forward to check out An Heiress to Remember!

  3. Nine Rules is my favorite Sarah MacLean, but I'm not a huge fan of exaggerated angst. And this is definitely her least angsty while still having the wit and charm that I love her for. I actually like all 3 in her first series.

  4. I'll have to give Katee Robert another try with Neon God. I read a couple in her villains series and I was Not a fan. I like steam, but I also need character development and some plot too. I mean the steam was there, but I felt everything else was lacking. I do have Twisted Emotions on my TBR, but I recently read Twisted Pride and like the 6th in her other series (Unbound something or other , I think) and I did Not care for either of them. Unfortunately, for Ms. Reilly, I have recently discovered Serena Akeroyd, Danielle Lori and Sophie Lark who are very adept at mafia romance so I've moved Reilly way down on the old TBR.
