Well, both is good in their own way, Poseidon is all round saint for his flexible ability, he can fit any lineup perfectly. Even though he took much energy, but his RC is worth it for people who love Fun PvP.
While Hades is a late damager saint, has advantage against enemy when he applied contract, he was good since he didn't take much energy and his debuff when Great Eclipse is occured help him more than enough.
Try a burn DoT lineup sometime, Lune + DC Hyoga, Hypnos and maybe some fire boys.
Poseidon is not super meta but why he always carry you when you did vid about him
