Poison functions as a trap (and thus eligible for the damage increase from Heightened Security) ONLY when it comes out of the floor vents–that poison will damage you five times quicker, with Heightened Security on, than poison from a rat or satyr.

First off, congratulations on finally beating Heat 32! I know that's been one of your long-term goals for the series and I'm happy to see you managed it with flying colors! Second off, congratulations on finally getting the waking-phrase for the final Aspect! You're going to absolutely love it once you try it.
When I saw the length of the video I thought it was a bad omen. When I saw the conditions of the Pact that you picked, specially those 7 minutes with a slow hitting weapon (combined with all of the others) I thought there was no way you would get there. And then you got Epic Aphrodite Attack on Tartarus (with the Pom equipped and also with the game forcing you through a couple of Nectar / Poms rooms) to activate Privileged Status and you MELTED the rest of the game. Then I got giddy when I realized that the title of the video could mean you got the statue.
That was just beyond amazing and super impressive Welonz. Congratulations!
Also it was nice to see that the RNG was nice and that a lot of the storylines remaining actually advanced? Getting the last hidden aspect plus advancing the Achilles/Patroclus storyline was a nice bonus!

Congrats Welonz! For you a Death Defiance is more valuable than health because once you're 1 hit away from death you start dodging everything.
The greeks usually imagined their gods timeless and in perfect health. Especially Zeus as the youngest of his siblings was often depicted as a young man. It's just that every healthy greek guy was supposed to have a long beard so they appear to us as statues of old guys.

There is still the "true" ending, which you're well on your way to reaching. Beyond that, there's only decorations, titles, and side conversations. Those take a long time, though. Especially the titles.

An interesting run now would be "original conditions" where you play it with only the weapons and features that were available to you in your original run. Just to see how much further you could get now with your accumulated knowledge and skill.

Impressive run! I think your assessment of Hydrolite Gold vs Kiss of Styx Premium was correct too. My first (and only ) 32 Heat run was also done with the Arthur aspect for the blade! You're ALWAYS going to feel a little slow and clunky with it, but I love how it hits like a truck. And unlike me, you didn't even have it maxed out! Great job, nice boons you had too with that backstab and Parting Shot.
I'm looking forward to seeing you get to cut back a little and enjoy power-tripping on a lower heat 🙂

Finally you got the last bow aspect, one of my favorite aspects in the game.
Taking the hydralite is most likely better in such a situation, avoiding losing the 2nd dd is more important as you can buy one dd from styx/get it from athena anyway.
You can also try to do another pierced butterfly run sometime(i recommend using hestia).

oh my god welonz, that was the most anxious ep ive seen lmao. from the lack of boons, money, and death defiants, but some how u still made it and it's with aspect of Arthur of all things XD.
Your high heat runs make me so anxious I have to run on my treadmill to keep up 😀

knew you had it in you, but even then i wouldn't have bet on SECOND TRY, really impressed
you had a really nice boon distribution, the epic aphro level 4 in tartarus was really one of the best think you could have hoped for. Hunter dash is probably the best for this weapon as well (should probably have gotten it on your first artemis boon even), and double dashstrike is probably the best daedalus for the sword. Btw the reason your aphro attack was so fast lvl 3 is because of keepsake but also because nectar gives you +1 lvl to random boon. Don't forget that keys also give you one reroll, it is usually way more valuable than darkness (early on you picked darkness over key)
glad you turned tight deadline to 2, and see how it went? This went so well that you were actually close to the tight deadline lvl 3 for a long time too!
about the patroclus dilemma, I think a kind of bet on wether you think that the +health will allow you to beat the boss without losing a death defiance. If it does, health is probably better, if not, death defiance is better. Especially because there's a fountain afterwards
another small counter-intuitive tip is that in styx, the "skull" rooms are actually considered easier than standard rooms, both time-wise and difficulty-wise, because unless you find the tiny vermin, the last room is usually only one or two big monsters and are easier to manage (especially with a companion) than the big room filled with enemies of standard rooms. For this reason high heat runs and speedrun actually awlays start with the 2 skull rooms in styx
