hades is so fking good
This episode has “Greek Mythology Nerd and his two cool friends” energy.
With this game, and this kind of video, I can tell how much Shayne was trying to enjoy himself by pretending like this wasn't a big deal. I have gone through this so many times trying to get my friends to appreciate the games or shows I love. If you are looking for a similar game, Cult of the Lamb has been my replacement for Hades.

I think keith is right, the underworld is outside. This is because it exists in a different realm than the earth, similarly to Mt. Olympus itself. The House of Hades might be inside, but the planes of Asphodel are definitely outside 🙂

Hades is both the name of the God of the underworld as well as the proper name of the underworld itself. The place and the god are both named hades so the name works. Though it is a bit of a "legend of zelda situation"
