Hades is not a roguelike. Just because marketing or content creators call it one does not make it one, it's like claiming the modern tomb raider games are rpgs simply because they have skill trees.
Other than that nitpick I can only recommend every game by supergiant, no matter what they try they make it a good experience.
Dusa is totally Best Girl. But as you said, all the of characters in Hades are richly written and acted, with their own reasons for doing anything and their own way of loving Zagreus, including especially his father.
Supergiant Games are a truly unique studio. They don't always hit it out of the park (Hades and Bastion), but even their less successful games (Transistor), are always interesting and much deeper than they seem on first glance. And their attention to detail and atmospherics when it comes to the audio, both voices and music is unsurpassed.
Haven't played Pyre yet, but I have it in my Steam library to try out at some point.
